Her Orbit
The woman you return to
For women who lead, and women stepping into leadership.
The seat gets lonelier the higher you climb.
The title doesn’t mean you are being heard.
You've made it to the table. (Clap for yourself, because if no one else has, you deserve it.)
You're the one people come to when things fall apart. You're the mentor, the steady one, the person who has it figured out.
But who do you take your own struggles to?
Her Orbit is a small, paid circle for women in leadership and women working toward it. This is not another networking group, it's not another content feed telling you to lead with authenticity.
This is a place to be honest about what leadership actually costs, to share the struggles you don't post about, and to remember you're a whole person outside of your title.
Who This Is For
Two kinds of women end up here and most weeks, you can't tell the difference.
You have the seat
You're the VP, the founder, the C-Suite, the one with the title. You're also the default mentor for everyone around you, and you're tired of being the only one holding it together. You want somewhere to put down what you carry, not perform having it figured out.
You want the seat
You're close, you can see it from here and you don't want a networking event or another framework for "executive presence." You want real time with women who've done it, who'll tell you what it actually looks like once you're there.
Same circle, same honesty and no hierarchy about who's "arrived" and who hasn't.
Remote, wherever you are. Built for women across Europe and the US who don't have a clubhouse to walk into, and don't want one.
Small circles with real conversation
Eight to twelve women, matched thoughtfully, meeting regularly to talk about what's actually happening in their business and life (not a webinar, not a content library). This is a room small enough that you can be honest in it.
Space to receive, not just give.
You spend your week being the one everyone leans on. In here, you're not running the room, you get to bring the hard thing and let someone else hold it for once.
A deeper level of support, if you want it.
Some conversations need more than a group can hold. If that's you, private coaching with me is available but you won't find me cold pitching in this group, and you won't find ads for my coaching either. That's not what this space is for, the trust is already there. If you want to reach out, I'm happy to talk. This community is for you, not for me to sell you another product.
What's Inside
Join Her Orbit
A small group filled with women who are here to support other women.
The first circles begin in October.
I've spent my career in rooms I wasn't expected to be in. As a founder, a CMO, a strategist, a woman who built her own seat more times than anyone ever offered her one.
Every one of those rooms taught me the same thing. Getting the seat doesn't fix the loneliness. Some days it makes it worse, because now you're the one everyone else is looking to.
I created Her Orbit because I needed a room like this and couldn't find one. I didn’t want another network to perform in, I wanted a place to be honest, to rest, to hand the hard thing to someone else for once.
This is the community I needed years ago.
This is the community we're building now.

Her Orbit FAQ
-
Women who currently hold a leadership seat, and women working toward one. If you're carrying the weight of always being "the strong one," or you want honest proximity to women who've done it, this is for you.
-
Yes. Membership covers your seat in a small circle, priced to stay accessible, not to be a business in itself. Full pricing is shared once you join the waitlist.
-
No. Her C-Suite is remote first, built for women across Europe and the US who don't have a clubhouse to walk into, and don't want one.
-
Small groups of 8 to 12 women, meeting regularly, with space to talk honestly about what leadership costs and to share free advice on how to move forward. There's no content library, there are no workshops, this is just a room, with real conversation.
-
If you want to go deeper, private coaching is available. There is no pitching inside the circle, ever. That's a separate conversation, on your terms.
-
Yes, you may have. The long-term goal, once this community is real, is a retreat once or twice a year. It wont be a conference or a workshop. This will be a proper girls' trip for like-minded women who just need to get away.
