Hello,
I'm Anna Johnson
A Little About ME
I believe the two hardest questions in any business are also the most important ones: who exactly are we selling to, and what makes us different. Get those right, and the GTM plan, the message, the funnel, all of it gets a lot easier.
I've spent 15+ years building marketing functions from the ground up, in SaaS, consumer brands, and places most marketers never touch. I've built demand engines that took a startup from $2,500 to $50K+ MRR in 90 days. I've directed a national billboard campaigns, designed a welcome display that greets travelers at San Diego International Airport, and worked production on a music video that aired nationally on CMT. I've run VIP trade show activations in Las Vegas, including a partnered event at Hakkasan Nightclub, plus marketing events in Nashville, St. Louis, and San Diego.
That range isn't scattered, it's the same skill applied everywhere: understand who you're really talking to, then build the systems that turn that understanding into growth.
I lead the same way I market, with clarity, honesty, and teams that move together instead of departments working around each other. I moved to Portugal for a slower pace and a clearer head, and that same clarity shows up in how I run a team and how I build a brand.
Beyond the résumé…
-
I lead with clarity, honesty, and a whole lot of intuition. I don't micromanage, I build systems that let people do their best work without chaos. I see problems before they show up, I say things directly, and I care enough to tell the truth even when it's uncomfortable.
Above all, I lead like a human, not a title.
-
Her C-Suite is the space I wish I'd had earlier in my career, a place where women can lead without shrinking themselves. It's about confidence, clarity, and choosing the life you actually want, not the one people expect from you.
It's leadership with humanity at the center.
-
Integrity. Say the truth, then stand by it.
Compassion. Lead people like they're human beings, not resources.
Clarity. Confusion wastes time, and revenue. I'd rather be direct.
Courage. I choose the right thing over the easy thing. Alignment is everything to me.
Authenticity. Who I am in a boardroom or on a keynote floor is who I am in real life. I don't wear a mask. -
Human behavior. People's stories. Watching someone step back into who they really are.
A blank page, a clean system, and the space to build something meaningful.
And honestly, living in Portugal and finally breathing again.
-
Respect. No exceptions.
Accountability. Including my own.
Clear communication. Say what you mean.
Freedom. Creativity needs space.
Alignment. If the values are off, the work will never feel right.
